quick room service excellent service very nice views

The staff helped me arrange transport to the main road, a definite plus, though the approach road is bumpy. the food tasted good and the room service was fast! charan was always available and provided excellent service. I appreciated his helpfulness. the location provided very nice views. I watched dolphins from my room!

the towels in my room felt a bit rough and showed some wear.

Meals tasted tasty and were presented well. the food was reasonably priced. It's very convenient. they offer italian dishes. I didn't try them. candlelight dinner on the beach is a great experience.

Charan was amazing and helpful, and his attitude was very professional. the staff is polite and goes out of their way to make guests comfortable. kajal arranged transport and room upgrades. This was very helpful and much appreciated.

The beach cabin was lovely and spacious! the bathroom also felt spacious. This was very practical. the bed was super comfy. I appreciated the excellent bedding. the room has a balcony with great views of the sea.

The location is excellent! the hotel is right on the beachfront, away from the kayak center. it's close to the lagoon and a wonderful beach. there is a free shuttle to the parking. This is helpful.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with cleanliness and service

poor cleanliness unwelcoming atmosphere

The room wasn't properly cleaned. i found someone else's underwear behind a mirror, just disgusting. the bed was also terrible. It shook and squeaked with every movement, so i slept on the sofa instead. staff responsiveness was inconsistent. Some were helpful, but others gave me glares. it created a generally unwelcoming atmosphere.

bad road poor facilities

The road to the beach was bad. It was a very rough ride. shuttle service was also poor. the room facilities were substandard. I didn't have what i needed. there weren't many activities besides kayaking.
